While in Kelso, WA, we all got to enjoy a nice Mexican dinner.

My grandson Steffen and wife Melissa

Their son Jacob

Nice rod in the parking lot.

It seems like just after saying hello, we are saying good bye

I stopped by my Uncle Norm's and Aunt Joans but forgot to take a picture. However after leaving their place I stopped at Lewisville Park where Norm lost the love of his life when swinging from a rope tied to this gigantuan tree, she pulled the tree and herself into the water never to return! So sad. :)

From there I took the scenic route to Yakima via Mt. St. Helens. That's all of her that I got to see.

However, there were still some pretty views like this one of Rimrock Lake

I haven't seen my granddaughter Patience since she was 16

I rode up to Wenatche to visit her as well as meet her boyfriend.

She wanted to see if her feet would touch the ground

Only one and only if the bike is on it's stand. Still, we had a short but great visit. I got to wish her happy birthday in advance as she will turn 19 in less than a month.

Rock Island Dam just below the confluence of the Wenatchee and Columbia rivers.

The mighty Columbia River

I'm guessing this is about 2/3 of the distance from it's source in Canada to where it empties into the Pacific.

Thought Z-mean one might light the stallion silhouettes along this ridge.

I've ridden past a lot of my old homes that I have lived in on this trip. This was my home when I was living in Yakima, WA.

One of my neighbors was a stone mason and he built his home, his dog house, and his garage from river rock. He also love VW's as well as what ever kind of dog is driving this thing. This is discretely built into the front of his garage.

This is the factory that sucked the life out of me from 1996 until 2002.

Bridge over the Columbia River at Biggs Jct. OR. I'm staying there tonight.
